Holistic Therapies
Holistic or Complementary therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment by a doctor or for conventional medication. They do however work on the person as a whole, taking into account the physical, emotional and psychological elements.
They do compliment and support any form of therapy and the natural healing process.
Consultation
Clients must be aware that all treatments will be preceded by a consultation.
All times stated include preparation, consultation and the treatment.
Aftercare
Guidelines will be given after each treatment but generally immediate avoidance of alcohol and caffeine, drinking plenty of water and relaxation are known to prolong the “feel good” factor and allows the body time to gain maximum benefit from the treatment.
Male Clients
Male clients are most welcome but please note, underwear, swimwear or shorts must be worn at all times.
Opening Times
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 am to 9 pm (Peak Times 4 pm to 9 pm)
Friday: 9:30 am to 6 pm (Peak Times - 4 pm to 6 pm)
Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm (Peak Times - All day)
Cancellation Charges
- Any treatment of 1½ hours duration or more will incur a £10 charge if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, irrespective of time of appointment.
- Hot Stones - Cancelled on the day, irrespective of time of appointment will incur a £10 charge.
- Peak Times 4 pm - 9 pm and all day Saturday.
Any treatment starting or finishing within the peak hours will incur a £10 charge if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
